Final Accounting Hearing

A settlement has been reached in the case of Adolfo Farfan v. United Dominian Realty Trust, INC., CASE NO. 30-009 00290446.  Both sides agreed to the Settlement.  The class action settlment was approved concerning the failure of Defendants to pay wagesincluding overtime compensation, to provide meal periods, to provide rest periods, to provide itemized statements, to pay all expenses and commission due, to pay wages upon termination of employment as well as unlawful competition and business practices.  All settlement funds have been distributed pursuatn to the Court's Order.

A Final Accounting hearing will be held on May 15, 2012 at 8:30 AM with the Hon. Judge Nancy Wieben Stalk in Department CX-105.  The hearing will be held at the Orange County Superior Court, Civil Complex Center located at 751 West Santa Ana Blvd, Santa Ana, CA 92701. After the Final Accounting hearing, the Claims Administrator will forward any unclaimed funds to the State Controller’s Office of unclaimed property, http://www.sco.ca.gov/upd.html,  where the funds will be held until claimed by the class member.
